Kathy has been in the mortgage industry since 2005 and takes pride to make the loan process as simple as possible and goes over every option with her clients to get them the best rate and payment. Kathy has the flexibility to help almost anyone, from those whose credit needs to be rebuilt to those that have excellent credit. Kathy has extensive experience in various loan types which include FHA, VA, USDA, 100% financing, first time home buyers, and Construction loans. She achieved loan originator of the year in 2016 & 2017, as well as Utah housing loan originator of the year in 2017.
Kathy graduated in 1996 from the University of Utah in Psychology/Sociology. She is the mother of 2 boys and loves the outdoors. If she is not working she is either in the mountains or the lakes. Her hobbies include snowboarding, wakeboarding, running, biking, and reading.
